The App Collective Co, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an Ohio limited liability company that designs, develops, and publishes mobile applications, software products, and related digital services. Our principal place of business is in the United States.
This Privacy Policy governs all applications, games, tools, and software products published by The App Collective Co, LLC across any platform or distribution channel.

This policy applies to all software products and applications ("Products") developed or published by The App Collective Co, LLC, including those distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform, as well as any associated websites or web-based services operated by the Company.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The specific data collected varies by Product. Depending on the Product you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

- Push notifications: Disable push notifications at any time through your device settings

Children's Privacy
Our Products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately using the information in Section 14.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should review this policy with a parent or guardian before using our Products.
Apple App Store — Additional Disclosures
For Products distributed through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply in accordance with Apple's requirements:
- Apple is not a party to this Privacy Policy and bears no responsibility for our Products or their content
- In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, Apple's guidelines shall control with respect to App Store distribution only
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of our end-user license agreements, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce those agreements against you as a third-party beneficiary
- We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If applicable, we will request your permission before tracking your activity across third-party apps and websites
- Our App Store product pages include Privacy Nutrition Labels disclosing data collected and its use, consistent with this policy
California Residents — CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with the following additional rights:
- Right to Know: The categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CCPA/CPRA
